Paddy Flaherty's Irish Pub - Sarnia

We arrived in Sarnia after a late start from central Ontario for our vacation. We were tired and hungry - the pub solved the problems. The wait staff deserves kudos - we received prompt service with tasty food and drinks. The patio is peaceful with a good view of the harbor. We will return on our next triip to Michigan.

Picture a near perfect lamb pie and barley soup washed down with some icy cold Harp lager. Add in a great atmosphere and a terrific staff and that is only the beginning. This place is as authentic as it gets. Located literally in the shadow of a deep water pier, it's like Ireland in Canada. Simply a great experience.

This place was recommended by the nice front desk clerk at our hotel. We walked across the parking lot and entered a packed and loud pub. But the food and service was great!!! The 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals (fish, Sheppard's pie and beef and mushroom boxty). Would I eat there again? If I was ever back in Sarnia, I'd say yup!!

We were staying across the parking lot and were told of the Pub. Excellent pub atmosphere, excellent food AND great service The cod (fish and chips without the chips, but double coleslaw) was plentiful and superbly done. The servers were very gracious and fun. Well woth a visit, or two !
