Mcdonald's - Sarnia

Got a coffee and a breakfast sandwich this morning at 8 o'clock. there was a young blonde girl behind the time. I told her every time I have one that's brot super hard. She first ignored me and said it was tapped, then it went to get coffee ready. I said apologise to them that it is hard broth, that is not roasted broth and that was super rude. that's not the first time I've been with the same girl on this place tomorrow and she ignores me or talks about me. I asked some workers in the Walmart and they said they were also ignorant, bad customer service. When I see them working, I'm not gonna get a coffee here so they lost my business.

Ordered through pick...came home wrong order...went back $33.00 later cold ?..warm milkshake ? sad dinner

Last time I ate here, the 10 pc chicken nuggets meal was nearly $13. Then they had the nerve to charge me for ranch dressing, even though I didn't request any other sauce. Then they gave me mayonnaise. I am done with McDonald's. You can feed your kids at just about any sit down restaurant in Sarnia for the same price or even less.

This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's in town. I'm constantly giving terrible service every time I go to this McDonald's. We filled out our order today at the kiosk and then waited three minutes before they even started making it. My large fry barely had the amount of fries that a small would have. And other instances they routinely missed things. If you have any other options for McDonald's don't stop here on your way out of Walmart go to the one just down the street.
