A Pinzutella - Sari-Solenzara

The place was really nice, with typical food. The service was fast and friendly. There are few dishes, but all very high quality! Highly recommend!

It us strange. Although ut us open, nobody welcomes you if you come at 4 PM to buy some goat cheese. There are just cows, donkeies and horses. No people. It seems to be opened just for evenings. But nobody answer the calls to make reservation. Pitty. Disappointment.

Set back off the road in an oasis of a farm in the midst of the wooded valley this is French home cooking almost to perfection. Delicious local food, original taste combinations, inexpensive, and majority vegetarian. It felt like a privilege to dine on the terrace of this modest building. Despite it being August the air had a chill as the evening progressed and the mosquitos were very enthusiastic, but don't be put off just bring a jumper and some mosquito spray and enjoy the cuisine and ambience.

We were a group of 9 (4 adults, 5 children) in for lunch, the place is located inland just a short drive from the beaches of Solenzara, the change in view from blue sea to dramatic mountain setting was refreshing. The food is good, local and seem to focus on providing an honest and basic experience, the 4 course lunch took us 2 hours to finish, the children had a children menu, and exceptionally all 5 children cleared the plates. This restaurant is probably one of the better places to have a long relaxed meal and try some of the real local cuisine. One last word about the service, only one person was servicing the whole restaurant (which at a certain point had about 8 10 different tables working) and that clearly slowed the whole thing down. Some might find this slow service an issue, we did not.
