Sipbie Caffe - Saratoga

Discovering Sipbie was a pleasant surprise. We had planned to have a peaceful morning at Sue, but it was crowded, noisy, and chaotic when we arrived. The long line for coffee was overwhelming, so we decided to leave. Feeling unsatisfied and in need of caffeine, we stumbled upon a sign for Sipbie. It was a perfect find! Not only did we get our coffee fix, but we also enjoyed a relaxing morning on the terrace of the inn in Saratoga, indulging in delicious empanadas from Portos and sipping espresso.

This little food truck is a hidden gem. I absolutely adore their Italian-style espresso, it's incredibly velvety. The lavender latte they serve is exceptional - not overly sweet and brimming with delicious flavor.

They open at 9. Get the lavender latte. Magical, and their pastries go fast too
