Pisco - Saratoga

The ambiente is easy to order, but the food and the drinks were delicious. great place for a casual delicious meal

Our server was very attentive and friendly. the pisco classic was delicious. the food was good, but my men bratten ripening were over cooked. it is a beautiful place to dinate.

The ambiente was very beautiful, the margaritas were delicious and the flights as well. service was great, just in short, and our poor waitress worked a lot of tables, took us a bit to get our neck, but different from it was really good. the only dish that we do not enjoy was the pork chops, it was a very small, thin pork chop (menu says pork chops) and the curry sauce on the carrots was not mentioned on the menu. my girlfriend doesn't like curry, so a disappointment was

The restaurant was not busy, service wasn't great. Employees would disappear into back and not come back for a very long time. Some of the food was good the rest just okay. Not a memorable place.

We met at 5 PM in a Thursday and only one other table was on the patio. We placed drink orders that took longer than expected and then ordered a starter and our entrees and informed the server we had a concert to get to so to bring things out as soon as the were ready. The starter took 20 min and the food another 20. I think our server forgot to place the order. I also received the wrong entree but our server didn’t check back so I just ate it. When the check came I mentioned the mistake and the server just agreed it was the wrong dish but didn’t apologize or offer to compensate in any way. finally, we also had put in the reservation that we set both celebrating birthdays which was jo acknowledged by the restaurant. No biggie but added to our meh feelings about the visit. I wanted to like this place but the overall experience was so poor and the food just okay so I shan’t be returning.
