Pizza Hut - Saratoga Springs

Either Pizza Hut is skimping on their pizza sizes or someone messed up the order. I ended up receiving two medium-sized pizzas (12 inches) instead of two large pizzas (14 inches). They were placed in a 14-inch box, but the pizzas themselves were definitely only 12 inches each. Paying $75 for pizzas that are essentially 1/3 smaller than what I expected is outrageous, and I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut for a while. Pizza Hut doesn't clearly state the actual size of their pizzas, only mentioning the number of slices (6 or 8), but cutting a 12-inch pizza into 8 slices doesn't magically make it a large pizza.

I placed an order at 5:03 PM with an estimated delivery time of 25-35 minutes. However, at 5:32 PM, I received a text from the restaurant stating that the order had been changed or cancelled. I called the restaurant and was informed by a woman that they do not use a delivery service like DoorDash and that a driver was on the way. The pizza eventually arrived at 6:15 PM, cold and dry. If I wanted to use DoorDash for delivery, I would have placed my order through them. In addition, considering the price I paid for two large pizzas, they should have been delivered in a timely manner and at least warm. I tried to fill out a customer survey, but did not receive a code to complete it.

We initially ordered pizza but our order was forgotten, resulting in the pizza being over an hour late. The manager provided us with a credit towards our next order as a gesture of apology. Yesterday, we used our credit to order pizza again, only for it to be delayed by an hour due to yet another forgotten order. It seems that delivery is not a priority for this restaurant, and perhaps they should reconsider offering it as a service.

We ordered two pizzas yesterday about the pizza hut app. when we came to the time we ordered (5:15 o'clock), they had only one. we had to wait 20 minutes until another could be made while our original pizza became cold. Moreover, the new pizza was somehow mangled, but we still took it. I just expected that I should pick up two pizzas at the appointed time that were not mangled. the employees were apologetic and really nice.

Spent good money to throw pizzas away they were burnt and dry I wish I would of read reviews I couldn’t chew the crust. My kids were very upset.
