Saratoga Racetrack is an exciting place to visit. Racing occurs 7 weeks only. You can attend races daily, watch horses warm up, have breakfast at the Track, take a Tram ride to Clare Court to watch horses exercise to name a few activities. Food is available, parking on site for a fee. Downtown area close by. Lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this place.
Had a fabulous time! I was a bit disappointed that more people didn 't 'dress for the races ', but it in no way diminished the fun of being there. Everyone was nice and friendly. They even have salads vs all the other fast food options normally available.
The best racetrack around, no doubt about it! Large backyard to picnic, plenty of vendors, clubhouse seating, seasonal passes, plenty of food trucks, beer, coffee, you name it! Family friendly, lots of fun, pretty surroundings, cannot say enough! Do not miss this racetrack! (3.5 hours from NYC/LI)
Great first time experience. Explored the entire place. Weather was great and crowds were big but not too big. Didn't lose much as my expert is my fiancee and she worked in the industry and knows horses. We did the background tour also and got to see how everything runs behind the scenes. Great experience and will make this a regular event every year if possible. Recommend box seats in the Stretch.
