I tried to call and they went the phone to 3 or 4 different people and said they couldn't hear me or understand. a few minutes later my friend found a hair in his nachos and they were extremely oily. I called again and asked for a manager and was hung up. I called back two more times and both of them went to voicemail. I just wanted a refund for the terrible food. 1/5 stars.
The only problem I have with Beto's is actually a problem with the government. With all this inflation, all these cheap restaurants are no longer cheap. At this point it is less expensive to get a meal at Cafe Rio than it is at Beto 's. Tragically, this means that I'm spending more time at Cafe Rio than here. There is a special place in the heart of the young Utah men reserved for Beto 's, but this place was originally reserved for a $5.99 California Burrito at 1:00. Now at 1:00 p.m. in 2022 in one (insert govt. Word for 'recession', I need to think if I really need to sign an entrance $11.00 and write for the tip. Apparently, schools have replaced English II in the high school curriculum with tips are expected for employees who do the bare minimum 101. And at 1:00 a.m., before I have my bag of food, I have a mild fear that will not leave a tip more impact than usual on my stomach. All this by the way, this Beto 's makes a pretty good job, and I doubt that more than 5 people read this between now and the end of the Internet that I previously appear in y2k 40.
I love these betos. I'm going to breakfast Burrito every moment. I don't ask for cheese, milk allergy and they remember each time. Usually there is no line and they come through people in the drive-thru at a good pace. Good food for the price.
One of the best Mexican fast food restaurant. The staff of the morning shift is very friendly and they delivered my food in 5 minutes!!! they are amazing. The checkout that is always around 7 in the morning is very friendly and this place is very. I like her music taste. Definitely 5 stars!!!
So we came to order some food and the first burrito the guacamole was bitter. I pay the full price and I saw their policy about their quality of their food. So I go politely to the restaurant and I asked for the burrito again. No issues. Then the second burrito had the meat burned and it was bitter. Not even taking a full bit I was able to tell. So again I go back and let them know. Then apparently they opened the burrito to see what is wrong. One said the meat was not burned and then another said that it was just how the burrito is. They said the cook doesn?t nest to replace the burrito again. So they said we will give you a refund. I was not interested in the refund but a quality meal for what I paid for. Then I asked for the manager?s name and I said I will talk to him because they need to correct their policy. Anyways finally after 5 min usted they decided to make our food again. Never had this experience. Unfortunately we don?t have a Mexican restaurant in Saratoga springs
