Taco Bell - Sarasota

I hate to say it, but my recent experience at Taco Bell was terrible. The beans were spoiled, and I ended up with diarrhea. I used to visit Taco Bell frequently, but after this, I don’t think I will return. The meat seemed old, everything was cold, and I’m really disappointed to share that this was my order.

The nighttime staff at that restaurant seems to work for free; they speak poorly to customers and don’t provide good service. The pickup process is a nightmare, and it’s clear they have little regard for the delivery drivers.

I visited this restaurant and found that both bathrooms were out of order. The tables were not cleaned, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers. It’s clear that this place could use some better management.

My husband and I were trying to order via drive thru and the young girl taking our order was VERY impatient, even though we were the only ones in line. After every item we asked for she kept saying ok. Pull forward to the window . We asked for a 12 packtaco. She says ok. Pull forward to the window I ask if I can add a Baja blast. She said yes, pull forward to the window . Myhusband I and got confused as to why she kept saying it, we figured there 's was maybe a problem so we pulled forward. We wereNOT done ordering. When we get to the window we tell her we weren 't done ordering but she kept saying pull forward. We ask if wecan please continue with our order. She said no we don 't do that . We just laughed and pulled in to checkers next door. TIP:don 't deny customers. No sales=no money. ????????

Got the New Mexican Pizza and so disappointing. No crunch like old one and so expensive. Won?t buy it again. Not for old people anymore
