State Street Eating House Cocktails

My dining experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The location, staff, cocktails, and food were all top-notch. The restaurant is very clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything was excellent, but the fried chicken stood out as a must-try dish. They also have a bar/lounge area adjacent to the restaurant, which I am looking forward to checking out on my next visit.

When we walked into this restaurant, it exceeded our expectations. The manager, Jason, is extremely knowledgeable about wines, and recommended a delicious bottle of Gramercy for us to enjoy with our charcuterie and mushroom toast - it was perfect! The chef's dishes were all savory and delicious, and our waiter, Ralph, provided excellent and speedy service. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area - sitting outside on a cool evening, listening to music and engaging in good conversations is truly beautiful. Lisette and Lily were friendly, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and their selection of bourbons. We came here to celebrate our 10-year anniversary week and our hearts have been captured - this restaurant will always be our go-to spot away from home!

The restaurant had a sophisticated ambiance, and I immediately felt underdressed. The server approached us promptly and displayed impressive knowledge of the menu and specials. I ended up ordering one of the specials, the Red Snapper, and it was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend it. Our cocktails were expertly crafted and tasted fantastic.

Definitely the best restaurant spot around! Will be coming back. The daily specials are unique and delicious, though I recommend asking for the aolis on the side. You have to make a reservation even though they're typically empty. The tables were clearlypainted improperly and have a gross residue on them. This really bothered two of the six of us (not me). Because it was peelingaround food, someone suggested the health department should be called! Just food for thought. I had a great experience, ha-ha.

The food here was so magical! The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was perfect. We will be back for sure, can't wait to try their brunch!
