Sonic Drive-in - Sarasota

Will never come to this Sonic again and will tell my friends that they will stay away. No worker should scream to his customers if they are only confused about the situation. I paid $4 for mozzarella sticks and there were no mozzarella in the sticks. The people who worked there listened very unhurriedly to working there, so naturally I had my doubts. I don't really want to complain about these things because I've been working for food very quickly and I can understand the atmosphere as a robot feels and forced to smile when things aren't in the world. I owe him who manages it not to the workers themselves.

My chicken was hard like a rock! I couldn't cut it off with a fork. Fries were totally stabbed. It seemed safe to eat. Really disappointed.

Haven't had Sonic since moved frm Texas to Florida and it was great to find one here in Sarasota FL. Had a Rt 44 cherry lime and a cheeseburger with tater tots! They were short staffed but the service was great and definitely worth the wait. Very clean store, and one of the biggest Sonics I've been to. They have a dive through, dine inn and the classic outside drive up stalls. Most definitely will be going back again and again!!
