Sand Dollar - Sarasota

I love it here! that is exceptional! eating is fantastic and the restaurant is cozy and relaxing. I could sit here and look at this every day if my life would allow. I would certainly have had enough great breakfast, lunch and dinner choice to fit me too. they must come to this lido beach gem!

What a great place! Had breakfast here on a Sunday morning. Good food, reasonable prices, great service from Liz. Will be back.

We were staying at the hotel, and breakfast is served here. Nice sit down with ample breakfast menu or the buffet. Both are good, waiter's are friendly. Views are wonderful through large ceiling to floor windows.

How are these reviews so high? Staff was kind and the view was great. However, the breakfast buffet was $20 per person and it was just powdered eggs and frozen potatoes the typical free breakfast assortment with a little extra. I recommend breakfast elsewhere. Maybe it's the view?

Great view, poor service. Waited 45 minutes for our food and we were only the second table. Food was way overpriced for the flavors you get. Potatoes were luke warm at best by the time I got them. You pay for the view not the food.
