Muse At The Ringling - Sarasota

This was, by far, the most delicious food I’ve ever eaten at a museum restaurant. I had the crab cakes and the quinoa salad. Both were delicious. I give The Muse my highest recommendation.

Muse is perfectly located in Northern Sarasota; next to Ringling Museum and the theatre. The outside seating is lovely and overlooks a pond with fountain. The staff is both attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. And then there’s the food. It’s quite average or below. The entrees were simply flavorless. How is that even possible with tuna bites with all their trimming? Vegetable accompaniment were cooked until gray. Sad. So go for ambience and convenience, keep a low expectation regarding the food and consider sticking to salads and appetizers.

Celebrating daughter on spring break Second time eating there and not disappointed!

Had a wonderful time. Four of us enjoyed dinner prior to a performance at Asolo. The boneless beef rib was fabulous, my wife had a repeat of the Salmon and loved it. The other couple enjoyed the pork chop and Trout immensely. The old fashions were great.

Two friends came from out of town.They are well traveled and have experienced the finest cuisine from Europe to Asia. I suggested the Museum for dinner and vthen isiting the circus museum..They thought the food was excellent (clean plates)..Terry 's only disappointment was that he wanted to order the Salmon and the Meatloaf! I will definitely have this restaurant as my Go To ..everything was delicious ..Well done.
