It is truly authentic, family owned and prepared food. The chicken is my favorite and I'm going miles out of my way to get it. You can get REAL naan bread here and get it in the garlic version and you will not regret it. I'm not huge on Desserts, so as a recommendation they offered a mango Lassi? Wow. This cold, smooth mango drink was soooo good and meets the place after eating their curry. My biggest recommendation is to start slowly with her spices because her hot is definitely hot. I think her mild is a perfect blend of creamy with a touch of spices. So next time? re in the mood for Indians, you owe it to yourself to experience this hidden jewel! I guess the waiting staff is always so friendly and accommodating. I've never seen her without a smile and seen her happy and my family. That's great!
The place is beautiful and decent. For dinner we tried her Chicken Tikka Marsala and everyone loved it. We also like the Chicken Tandoori. The beef curry was just ok and the roasted okra is good. The service was great. Thank you.
I noticed a bad service only 5 minutes that I didn't even get an eye contact finally someone came and brought me a menu and disappeared after 5 minutes this person came back the order food was terrible, as someone took the food from the freezer and put it in the microwave and served Naan was wet and soggy, I order a lamb curry, Raita and two naans. And a dietary coke. My bill was 43,50. That was shocking. Food wasn't worth $10. I took the Uber back to the hotel and advised the Uber driver never to bring someone to this restaurant, it was a waste of time of money, but I was hungry and that was the only restaurant was open until 10:00 am I personally never go there again and I will not recommend it to anyone
The owner served us and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He was very friendly and customer-friendly! Food was AMAZING!!! My husband and I came back to this restaurant with a friend and her husband, who was from the city, and celebrated her 20-year anniversary. The owner approached us and remembered my husband and me! That felt nice, because that was our second time we were here! The food was better this time, I thought! I ordered my usual, chicken corma (Ammen, fat flavors!, my husband ordered the goatbiryani, and our guests ordered lamb dishes. The Peshwari naan is always so good, so I have two! The onions and mint cutneys were pretty good (I have to admit that I prefer to live in a particular restaurant in Kissimmee where we used to live, but they were still very good here! But the Raita yogurt was amazing! It actually printed me to learn to make it home! *We were worried that we couldn't make it to dinner in time as we visited the sunset on Siesta Key Beach. We arrived here at 915, and they left us in! Although they closed at 10 a.m., they didn't make us go. We went near 1030 (new sad, people! But DANK YOU!!! I have read the older reviews and am buried by so many negative ones! Maybe there are good days and bad days, and we were lucky enough to come on the good days?! I hope that since we came here over a month ago, the previous concerns have been resolved and dealt with. I would hate having a negative experience here! There are 2 Indian restaurants near my house in North Port, but I would say that in terms of taste, this one beats them all... I would definitely drive the 31 miles a month for this delicious taste explosion on my pallet!
Best Indian in Bradenton hands down. We got the chicken korma, butter chicken and garlic naan and it was absolutely delicious! We will be back!!
