Little Caesars Pizza - Sarasota

I ordered the Batman deal that was advertised in the flyer, which said it was $11.49. However, when I asked the server about it, he informed me that the deal was only available online, as clearly stated in the flyer. Despite being in the restaurant, he refused to honor the deal. This experience was indicative of the consistently poor service and outdated, unappetizing food at this establishment.

To the woman who answered the phone on 3/1/2022 at 4:15 pm, there is a definite need for improvement in customer service. I overheard a conversation on speakerphone where the tone seemed quite off-putting. I assisted a man who was trying to order pizza for his aunt who was unwell, but she only had cash on hand. This could have been a positive point to note during the initial call, as it would have prevented the need for a follow-up call and any potential unpleasantness. It is not common practice for pizza delivery services to not accept cash, as some older individuals may not be comfortable with online ordering or traditional banking methods. I tried to guide the man through the online ordering process, but he was unaware that he needed a debit card for payment. It should not be assumed that all customers will automatically understand these processes, as this could lead to frustration and multiple calls.

All of the staff at this restaurant are extremely polite, attentive, and professional. I visit this place once a week because of how well the employees work. The chefs also do an excellent job as the food is always fresh and delicious.

This charge already costs 7$ for regular cheese and pep pizza, if all others are still charging 5,55! rip off.

Good pizza but only the deep dish because the other pizza they sell is raw and not cooked enough
