Joan is on our top 3 restaurants since we after fl in 2002, simply love it and never disappointed

We waited a long time to be seated after making a reservation earlier in the day. The server seemed like she was new and the hostesses could have facilitated more but they were on their phones and seemed like they weren’t helping to keep the customers happy. The food was good once we got it. It took 20 minutes to be seated and then 20 minutes to get drinks and about 40 minutes to get food. It was a bit disappointing to be honest.

We have been visiting Jpan for over 10 years. A local favorite for the best sushi in town!

I visit JaPan frequently and everything was perfect, as usual . My only complaint was that I noted on my reservation that we were celebrating a birthday. That didn’t happen, and I was disappointed. My friend whose birthday it was, didn’t want to bother the server, so no celebration:

We had the sushi boot for two. it was eating! it included the mix soup, the salads, the schashimi types start, and the 18 roll. the ones we could choose. the sushi was good. some high-end sushi restaurants are more inventive with their rolls, but this is a good neighbor. we're coming back. the people working here seem to have a lot of fun.
