No refund or anything extra from my time and gas. Then started they can give me a 10% discount if I come back tomorrow. Don't spend your money on this over priced fake seafood restaurant.
This restaurant has a drive thru the food is outstanding had a gyro with onion rings and it was excellent. The staff are polite and very welcoming. Also it has a dine in area great relaxing music all around great place.Wheelchair accessibility: It has ramps for wheelchair
Restaurant was clean and service was quick. Employees were a little too quick, with the questions and going through the order! We got our food to go, and it was blazing hot and fresh. Even after a 15 minute ride, food was hot and amazing!! We had shrimp and fish, both fried and scampi style shrimp. Both were excellent! Fish was fried perfectly, and the sides were great. We will recommend, and will return! :
Jeez Louise how in the world does this establishment have a 4.2 eating ?!Food straight up dog Doo Doo. Wow. We ordered the basics with a ton of kids, burger and chicken strips with regular and “Cajun” fries. Burger was suspiciously rare for a fast food burger. Chicken strips were super duper dry and salty. Hard. Chewy. Terrible chicken strips, my kids literally said they were disgusting which I’ve never heard them ever say about any chicken fingers in their life.Adults had both the original and the chicken gyro expecting excellence. Below average gyros. Nothing else nothing more.Total waste of money. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing, most reviews and pics are of the seafood….. regardless I will never spend a dollar here again.
Listen, I get that it is fast food, but there is something to be said for basic customer service. This “restaurant” has notoriously bad customer service. The staff are slow, rude, and frequently ignore guests for their own personal conversations while guests are sitting at the window. My husband and I went to get a quick, easy bite tonight. We ordered our food without and issue except for the fact that the store was out of Oreos (no big deal, but frustrating given the craving for a milkshake . We sat at the window for longer than we would have liked, we’re given our food, but realized that the employee forgot a few things that we ordered. We sat at the window longer in order to try and get her attention, but she ignored us for as long as possible. A male employee came over and very briefly opened the window long enough for my husband to say that we were missing a drink and extra sauce for my meal. (At $1.50 for extra sauce, I wanted to make sure I got it and the pasta looked under sauced. They were rude and felt like we had put them out with our reminder of what we ordered. The window attendant then proceeded to argue with us about how there was extra sauce despite its appearance and then proceeded to tell us that it was against policy to serve cold food blatantly false as we have actually gotten cold food from there before! Not wanting to hold up the line, we left, but are incredibly frustrated with the lack of service and care by the employees at this store.
