Five Guys - Sarasota

First of all, the burgers and fries are good, just as you would expect from any Five Guys location. As usual, you get more fries than you could possibly eat, but they are delicious. My burger was juicy, and the toppings were just right, though the bun struggled to hold everything together. The reason for my lack of stars is the absence of milkshakes and the failure to notify customers online about this. You can order online and even add a milkshake with mix-ins to your cart, but then the cart glitches without giving a clear message that milkshakes aren't available at this location. So, you assume you can just place your order for everything at the restaurant. Unfortunately, that's not the case. It's frustrating because this was the main reason I chose to visit this particular chain. But since you're already there, you have to settle for just burgers. It's annoying.

The burger was nearly perfect. It was a bit pricey, but those hot dogs were absolutely delicious. They had me howling with delight!

Delicious! The burger and fries were just right. I had a cheeseburger topped with raw onion, tomato, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, and mustard, along with a generous serving of Cajun fries on the side. The portion of fries was quite substantial! The staff member who took my order was friendly, and the restaurant itself was clean.

No milkshakes at this location? Cashier had me thinking I was crazy, had to look up the five guys menu online to see they do serve milkshakes but not at this store apparently.

If you have patience it is worth it. They make all orders fresh so the quality is always the highest the fries are hand cut and the best period. The burgers customizable entirely. I just get jalapeno and cheese on mine for some delicious heat. And I am always treated so well, that's why I also make sure to deliver for them if I get an order on a gig app too... that and the food is so good
