Dunkin' - Sarasota

The last time I went, I ordered an ice cream and two chocolate boxes without sprinkles. Instead, I received my coffee along with two separate bags—one contained a glazed donut and the other had a Boston cream. We got a good laugh out of it later, brainstorming funny scenarios about the situation, and my personal favorite was “donut tourettes.” (I apologize if that offends anyone; it was all just in good fun.) Another downside is that I prefer frozen coffee, but when I tried to order one, I was told they don’t serve them in the morning. I don’t understand why that is, especially since another nearby location offers them all day. Because of that, I’ve decided to go there instead.

The hours indicate that they close at 3 PM, but when I went through the drive-thru at 2:28 PM, I was told, "We close at 2 PM." When did Dunkin' Donuts start closing so early? Disappointing!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the staff were cheerful and friendly. The coffee was the best I've had in a long time, especially from Dunkin'.

Poor service they are among the employees and donuts have been made supple and the lines are also so long. again not recommended.

I’m not a huge Dunkin fan however I thought this location and the workers deserved a shout out. They were pleasant and accommodating. They were out of individual milk so they offered to make me a chocolate milk in a cup for my kids and also apologized for the inconvenience. The food took a big of time and they again apologized and thanked me for being patient. The world would be a lot better if we all gave each other some grace rather than always being upset when things aren’t perfect. Thank you for a pleasant experience this morning.
