Drei Sorelle Cottage Bakery - Sarasota

If you are lucky enough to be in Sarasota or live there you have to try this place! I wish I was closer to eat here everyday! The chef and baker is amazing and puts her love of cooking into everything she makes. I promise you will have a great experience as will want to try many different options.

A very nice lunch We stopped in for lunch, our first time. drei sorelle has only been open for about 3 months but during that time it has gotten some excellent reviews. I'll add my voice to the list. Our visit started with a sweet greeting at the door, followed by cheerful help getting us menus and situated. This is an order at the counter and your food is brought to you place but it was not at all busy when we were there so everything was very informal and friendly. They offer several interesting sandwiches, I selected their Pub Cheese Chicken with a side of their homemade potato chips. The sandwich was excellent with a flavorful cheese, I believe some cheddar blend, with a little spice. The bread was also a real plus, sliced a bit thick and toasted, a bit airy and crunchy enough to make it delightful. Pieces of chicken and a few pieces of green pepper rounded out this well made sandwich. The chips also deserve two thumbs up. Located away from areas where you would expect restaurants, I'm afraid drei sorelle may suffer from a lack of visibility. This is a family run restaurant and it is great to support local business. I'm glad we found it and hope others make the effort.

This place is awesome delicious artisan sandwiches and the smoked Gouda pasta salad is a must! Grab a cookie or scone for the road and my lunch break was complete! Support local mom and pops this place is a must check out!

YUuuuuuuuummmmmmyyyyy!! Cinnamon roll nicely doughy, with the sweetness of the caramelized sugar on the bottom with the hint of butter. OMG and topped with icing. Nice ambiance, with fresh flowers on every table, and good music playing in the background. My new favorite place! So good, I ordered dinner to go. Grilled chicken Florentine with parmesan creamed spinach.

Such a great little shop, with plenty of room to sit and relax and enjoy your meal. I loved speaking with the employees. They were super approachable and kind, and addressed you by name once they took your order. They make you feel in incredibly welcome. We had three sandwiches, and we all loved them. I definitely will be returning to try some more items.
