I?ve never let a review anywhere but this might possibly be the worst experience I e had in a chipotle? spent 40 minutes sitting in a rather short line for chipotle?s standards. The workers acted as if there was no one in the store. When I finally got to the front to order they were out of half the ingredients which would have been nice to know before I waited 40 minutes. After all that instead of putting the chicken that?s been out on top of the new one they brought out the pour the new one onto the stuff that?s been sitting there for how long. Will not be returning to this location ever again. Truly embarrassing?.
Chipotle used to be so efficient! Huge lines would get worked through in like 10 minutes. Not here. I don?t order online through them anymore, because I think I actually never once got a correct order. One time they gave me just a bowl of rice because they were out of everything else. And also wouldn?t refund me? Plus I was out the delivery cost, since I had to drive there anyway. All they?d give me is a free drink after I ASKED for one. But today, which I get is a holiday (7/4/22), was abysmal. It wasn?t even busy. Maybe 3 people in line. The first girl is so slow, and then the second one looks completely lost. I have to point to her to show her where the salsas and sour cream are. She had to have someone else wrap the burrito for her because she couldn?t do it. If she?s new, have her shadow someone. She clearly wasn?t ready. And then I get to the register and my god. There might as well have been no one there. She?s bored and disinterested. I have 2 coupons, and want to know if I can use both. She says she doesn?t know. She doesn?t know how the register works. Great. I scan the coupon, and she just says ?you don?t have any rewards.? Yes I do. I have them up on the app. Right here. And she doesn?t try to resolve anything. Just sort of stares at me until she realizes I?m not just giving up and wanders around for 5 minutes I guess looking for a manager who also (rightfully) seemed annoyed with her for not having two brain cells to rub together. The manager seemed like the only one who knew what they were doing. He actually checked me out professionally and fast, like I used to expect from Chipotle. Used both my coupons just fine. God, what a disaster.
This store used to be alright and then slowly over the last couple years it has just went downhill. Seems like everything from bad hires, to low pay, and recycling poor management from other locations. All I know is I've seen that whole staff flip 5-6 times in the last 2 years and that is most definitely going to affect food quality plus customer service. I don't get why the rice is always so salty either but I think that's on the cooks. Hopefully this store can get stable and get back to serving hot, delicious high quality food but I won't hold my breath.
Do not order online from this location. I ordered yesterday for pickup at 1:00pm and arrived at 1:10pm. My order was not ready. I waited until 1:40pm and my order was still not ready. There were 15 other customers also waiting in the store for their orders and some were waiting for over an hour. Anyone that came in and ordered would receive their order faster. I ended up leaving and will not be returning to this location in the future. The customer service at this location is non-existent.
