Cold, tasted like a frozen dinner there was no other customers

There were 3 of us and we ate well, generous portions and good service.Price more than acceptable.

We loved the one in fort lauderdale, so deicious! But something is off here, food just doesnt taste good.

I’m familiar with Bento first from my college days in Gainesville.So when they opened the UTC location and I moved back I was excited! Unfortunately, this location lacks in presentation, customer service and cleanliness.Every single time I walk in, the tables are sticky with food residue, and the area customers are meant to drop of their plates is always overflowing with dirty plates and cups that won’t fit into the trash can because it’s full.I’ve been here during times where it is slow, and the employees have time to clean up the overflow of trash but instead they’re doing absolutely nothing behind the counter. No joke: I’ve seen these employees talking until a customer walks in to order something.I’d like to one day walk into this place and see that everything is CLEAN, and not be ignored by employees when I walk in without so much as a “Hi, I’ll be right with you.”

Staff was insufficient for the foot traffic coming thru the store. Resulting in cold food coming out, returned but same result the second time. The build up of dishes in the window for plate drop off. Staff was trying to keep up, management come on….. GYST!!
