Ruth's Chris Steak House Sarasota

We had the worst experience we have had in years. The waitress was not knowledgeable, my steak was tough, scalloped potatoes hard, sweet potatoes not at all like before. Tasteless and prepared. We were treating people for their anniversary and the food was an embarrassment . The Caesar, chopped salad and creamed spinach were fine. We had requested a booth and we were seated in the back with a view of the kitchen. It WAS NOT A $700 MEAL!!!

At at RC April 5, 2024. Exceptional service, food was perfectly prepared and delicious. Our waiter, Devan(sp) was terrific!We had a 7 pm reservation, arrived 15 mins early and were seated within minutes. All around exceptional experience and both filets were out of this world.Vegetarian options: Brussel Sprouts exceptional, Wedge salad large and fresh, our 2 shrimp cocktails were huge and succulent. As noted, both 11oz Filets were cocked to perfection and able to fork cut!

It was my first time at Ruth’s Chris. Boy was it a treat.My steak and Lobster were outstanding but the best part was Diane our server. What a nice person and come to find out she’s Portuguese and from the same area in RI my family is from. Thanks Diane you were awesome!Parking: Sarasota ,Fl.

Amazing restaurant!!! Perfect for a date night out. Diane made our experience wonderful. She was very attentive and made the experience that much better. Will definitely be back!
