First impression was why isn't anyone greeting people when coming in to the store? Not one person ever said hello to me, I was the only person in there besides the workers. Very impersonal. For the money you're spending, customer service needs to be way batter. Cookies were good, but expensive.

Ordered 2 hours ahead online for pickup. (3 st patrick’s day lucky charm cookies mint chocolate chip cookie) went to go pick it up they said they were out of the exclusive st patrick’s day lucky charm cookies…. when i ordered ahead they didn’t save the cookies for my order.
