Metropolis Cafe - Sarajevo

If you're considering dining at this restaurant, I would advise against it. The service is extremely poor and slow, with unprofessional and unpleasant staff. We waited 40 minutes just to place our order, and after 50 minutes we received our drinks but still hadn't been served any food. After waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes, we left feeling hungry and disappointed.

This place is perfect! We spent three days in Sarajevo and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here every day. The staff was incredibly kind.

When you think about going here, don’t! first, the service is bad and slow. very unprofessional and unpleasant. Secondly, we have waited minutes to command one. after we got our drinks, but not eating, and after we have left starving and disappointment.

The food is inedible and the prices for it too high.

After waiting for an hour to speak with the waiter, we ultimately decided to leave due to the unacceptable service.
