I think it's a very good restaurant pub. It is very close to Thonglor area and accessibility is very good. Because it pub managed by hotel, service is very good and atmosphere is superlative.

The service at Chow restaurant is subpar. The staff appears to be untrained and hired on a daily basis, as they seem unaware of the menu and rely on customers pointing to make orders. Despite being one of the few customers in the spacious restaurant, we had to continuously signal for assistance as the staff were preoccupied chatting behind the bar. They took orders without writing anything down, leading to them forgetting some dishes we wanted to try. Surprisingly, the food was decent considering the poor service. As of 09/09/16, Google maps inaccurately directs to the restaurant, so make sure to set the Metropole hotel as your destination. Overall, I recommend avoiding this place for now.

The security guard at this restaurant was incompetent and wrongly accused innocent people of being thieves. After reviewing the CCTV footage, they realized their mistake but failed to apologize. I do not recommend going to this restaurant at night, especially if you are a foreigner or stranger as you may be falsely accused. It is a shame that this place is still open late at night.

I believe this restaurant pub is excellent. It is conveniently located near the Thonglor area with easy accessibility. As it is managed by a hotel, the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is fantastic.
