Whataburger - Sapulpa

I ordered food from this restaurant and had it delivered to my workplace. I paid a $4 tip and a $9 delivery fee, only for my order to arrive missing three drinks. I had paid extra for orange juices and a fountain drink, but I received none of them. The manager acknowledged their mistake but mentioned they had no way to get the drinks to me. I'm very unhappy that I spent all that money for a meal that wasn't complete.

Ordered a honey biscuit and has brown sticks. 3-6 min wait. Drive to the store and they come out and tell me they are out of biscuits?.okay, Saturday morning kinda strange, and I just settle on a regular bun. I sat in my car for 15 mins before I went inand there was my order. FIRST and LAST time at whataburger.

Had to wait for someone to come to the counter to take our order. I ordered a shake and was told the machine was old and about caught on fire so they had to unplug it?no more shakes per Miss Cindy. Then when she brought our food I asked for salt and shesaid they were out, none in the building?even though they were salting the fries. I asked since they were outta shakes and outof salt if it was an outhouse? She said I don?t know, I just work here?.back to customer service 101 for Miss Cindy. Poorservice

The food is consistently delicious, hot, and fresh! The service can be a bit slow, so be ready for a wait if there's a line. However, it's definitely worth it!
