Toriton - Sapporo

The waiter and the chefs both informed me that they did not have any vegetarian options available, so I ended up dining here for free.

This restaurant is decent for a regular place and they did a good job of accommodating my vegan requests. During my visit, the only vegan option I saw on the conveyor belt was a few types of natto. However, when I asked for kampyo, kappa, okra, eggplant, and ume-shiso, they quickly prepared them for me at a very affordable price. Each plate was only 120 yen, much cheaper than veggie sushi in other places. There was no English signage in the restaurant, so I would recommend having a Japanese speaker in your group to help navigate the experience.

This is the best vegan conveyor belt sushi I have ever had! Plates start at 120 yen. They had a great selection of vegan maki rolls, not just the typical cucumber rolls.
