I tried calling them about four times a week for a month, but no one ever picked up the phone. I haven't received any refund either. Please consider taking your business elsewhere!
I ordered two Turkey Tom sandwiches, but only one was prepared correctly; the other one was missing both tomato and lettuce. We also paid extra for cheese, which was included on both sandwiches. When I called the manager about the issue, I was told, "Oh sorry, we can't do anything about it." Really? That’s disappointing customer service.
I doubt I will return to Jimmy John's after this experience. I understand that mistakes can occur in food service, but this situation was particularly disappointing for me. As a vegetarian, I received the wrong order that included meat, and I actually consumed some of it before I noticed the issue. It was incredibly frustrating, and I don't think I'll be going back again.
I put a delivery order. he never delivered it to me. When I called the load, the guy who worked there, hanged on me and they didn't want to pick up the phone. I never have my sandwich or my money back.
The Sunset Hills location is the absolute worst. For the third time in ~6 months, we’ve pulled up to order and they’ve been closed multiple hours before their scheduled closing time. This time there was a handwritten note saying “Sorry, closed early.” The other two times, not even a note. Will be going out of my way to visit other locations from now on.
