Instead it must be said that the stimulus of a local of a certain level (thinking Laite as in other places (Alpago Dolada generates good fruits. Everything really great from raw materials, to preparations, to wine paper and, also the very clear internet site, price in line with and as much as eaten. There would be only two less: one for the atmosphere a little too rustic of the spaces for the level of the kitchen and the other for the measure of the service still halfway between a traditional place (and then a little to the hand and a restaurant of rank that would require more formalism but, are my paturnie obviously, good! !
It was Cav. Carletto Facco who brought us to this Temple of Flavors, and to make us know the skills of the sympathetic owners, Paolo and Irene, with the careful collaboration of the children Stefano, Federico and Sofia. The pleasure begins with the appetizers with the aperitif: the Tartellette with Cream cheese flavored with 'Abete, have constituted a unique experience! To follow, a cup of Brodo di Manzo e Soia and then the Sauris Riserva Ham, with golden Champignon, absolutely outstanding. As a First Plate, a Black Truffle Tagliolino with egg cream: a fantastic solution that rewards the aromas of Tuberi with the delicacy of the base and soft and gentle cream. The Piatto forte: the Costata di Manzetta Prussiana, presented raw to the adventurs, and subsequently brought in the dishes, grilled to perfection: the aromas that enhance the meat, very tender and well tasty, of great emotion. It was also possible to gnaw the bone, and appreciate its full quality. Afterwards, also two Costicine d'Agnello, always grilled, tasty and able to release, with delicacy, the peculiarities of this meat. It seemed to have reached the maximum, when the Sorbetto al Sambuco arrived, with a edible sprig of Abete: a pleasant surprise, not only digestive, but also very pleasant, in a composition of unique flavors and to try. At the end, a wonderful Pan Cake of Spain, with Pasticcera Cream, absolutely adapted to the condition. Also the choice of wines was exceptional: a Franciacorta Uberti Francesco Extra Brut for appetizers, an unsurpassed Kerner Praepositus Abazia di Novacella DOC Sud Tirol and, to finish, a Cabernet Sauvignon Oscar Sturm Doc Collio 2019 that has well valued the course of meat. Delicious environment, with glass window in the Dolomites: definitely to try!!!
We attended this place invited by a couple of friends. The environment is very nice and elegant with wooden environments according to the tradition of the place and very nice furnishings. Very kind staff under the attentive eye of the owner Paolo. Excellent menu with original proposals and very tasty from appetizers, first, second and desserts. Excellent wine card. Prices in line with the quality of food and the environment. Experience to repeat.
Cosy environment in all details. Careful and professional service. Lunch in absolute relaxation, excellent quality and excellent wines. The gnomes are a charm. Very good dessert.
If you want to try the cuisine of the Dolomites you can't miss them. Accurate dishes, sought after and thought in every detail but especially really delicious!!! A well-kept, elegant and characteristic restaurant.. We ate several appetizers, then first, second and sweet.. there was no dish that did not like the strong piece is the deer thread with the pear... a mix of sublime flavors!! Great value for money and competent staff, kind and friendly!! Congratulations to all the staff!!
