TERRIBLE! simply, after we made a comment about terrible service on Instagram (as they couldn't wait 5 minutes to deliver the pizza, as they were still inside the place, fixing things), they blocked us on Instagram.

Good pizza. Well filled, seasoned. Also very good dough. Just when ordering, I think it could be a little more practical, being possible to order straight away without registering, etc., which is a pain. But as for the pizza, excellent. And the size of the biggest one is really big lol. I recommend.

Terrible, I placed the order at 10:44 pm, it was accepted, I received proof on WhatsApp, shortly afterwards they called me saying that orders were due until 10:45 pm and I was lucky to have been able to do it, but that I could only pick up the pizza until 23:00, after that they would close, I said I would arrive at 23:00/23:05, and they said I would have to be there until 23:00, they wouldn't wait. So I said I wouldn't be able to do it, so they canceled my order. I spent 23:03 in front, there were still some people with the lights on and the door open, it just shows that they didn't want to do it anymore... it shows a lack of respect for customers, something I've never tried, I wanted to try it, but after this episode, never again... negligence total with the customer!

Disappointing, in the posts it says opening hours until 11pm, I called at 10:35pm, and was surprised by the news that telephoning outside of São Sebastião do Cai only until 10:30pm, well, I live in São Sebastião do Cai neighborhood of Lajeadinho... .. conclusion I bought pizza from another pizzeria and received very good service...dinappoli pizza only when there is no other option in the city or in neighboring municipalities.
