Batata Rosti e Frozen Berry

I went to lunch Tuesday with my husband at this restaurant, I'm just judging what I ate, I had a lot of other options, but what I experienced was good, it wasn't great. I love fries, fries, cooked, baked and rosti potato can be one of the best. The potato itself was good, but my stuffing I did not like, asked mussarela with catupiry, I expected that cute catupiry melts in the mouth, and that fat mozzarella that when you cut it gives it pulls, but I had the impression that the potatoes are not made in time and so the mussarela was kind of hard, and I barely felt the taste of catup.
