Castro Burger - Sao Paulo

When I went there for the first time, I ordered a vegan burger and although it was good what happened later, it was not so good. I asked the waiter whether it would be possible to make a vegan milkshake (because they had a vegan ice cream, they could make a milkshake with this vegan ice cream) and they confirmed it was possible. When the milkshake arrived, I noticed that the freezing was 't vegan and I decided to return the milkshake, which produced bad appearance from the waiter when I expainted them that I didn't want because I was vegan. It is also important to emphasise this: although they had vegan options, the staff (at least the waiter who visited me) was not so vegan friendly. To close, the restaurant was very crowded and very loud with very limited vegan options.

Cool place, LGBT themes with a really friendly staff. Since we usually use Happy Cow to talk about food, I must say that it was somehow disappointing from the appetizer to dessert, it was nothing special.

Past experience, incrível athendimento and ambiance suuuper agradável. Or care not atendimento é um differentiall e please or customer e natural... Suuuper recommending!! PS: a maionese de ervas é maraaaa...

Sanduíches delicious, maravilhosa music, aconchegante atmosphere and atendimento de primeira. I love that place.
