CyJ Pizza - Santuario

I am vacation in Bogota; the reviews on this place seemed solid so I gave it try. I ordered Al Pesto and Stuffed Mushrooms. The Al Pesto was good but my stuffed mushrooms were ice cold. I walked to the restaurant and ordered takeout. I will not return nor will I recommend dining at this restaurant. Additionally the bread sticks were cold and hard.

Poor service. The starters arrived and we had no plates and cutlery. Then, they send the main course one by one and each of them took around 10 min to arrive on the table, and guess what? They don’t clear the table before sending the main course, so it is up to you how to fit everything in your table. The waiters do a great job ignoring you the whole time, even tho the restaurant was not full. The manager is not friendly at all and prefer to spend her time on the cellphone. What a mess! Certainly not coming back! Certainly there is a different treatment between foreigners and locals.I took my mother to celebrate mother's day. the manager went by delivering flowers to all the mothers except mine. She saw us.

This is a two story site and it was packed on Friday night. Even a waiting line. So if you don 't mind crowded places, it 's good for you. The food was not as tasty as I expected. I think they over mix their ingredients and came up with some different flavors.

Great italian menu, the pizzas are fused with Colombian flavors in a superb way! Service is impeccable and have a great children playground. A little pricey but not bad.

We ordered pasta. It took about min in being ready, it was pretty expensive and the taste was almost below average, not to mention the portions were super small. Both me and my girlfriend had to have a sandwich when we got home. The place is not cozy at all, it's huge with glass and metal tables. Wouldn't ever go back to have dinner with my girlfriend. If I ever have kids and they for some reason want their birthday to be a combination of pizza and rock climbing, then I guess there's no other choice, but hopefully that day doesn't come.
