Przekaż informację zwrotnąAs a native Italian who has been living in this area for more than thirty years, I was always skeptical about the local cuisine, known as tasty but rather heavy. La miniera dei sapori is an exception. Beautiful dishes from the local tradition, perfection and very well cooked. The quality of ingredients is high, service is fast and friendly. Only negative remarks, the rooms are loud. But that won't stop me from visiting this special restaurant again. Prices are very reasonable. PS take a long and beautiful walk after dinner!
This is a very nice place to eat. It is clearly visible as it is a barrier on the roadside. Parking is easy to find. The restaurant offers a wide selection of typical local products and also sells some very large portions of delicious non-hern-Italian specialties are shared with at least two or three persons. The dishes are high quality food. The service is not very fast, but it is worth every second of waiting and the staff is very polite: if you have some food, leave it home. Prices are average and the restaurant is family friendly. The place is not too small and not too large, the perfect size to set an intimate atmosphere. The device refers to the local and fantastic tradictions, you can find gnomes at the entrance of the hub. I get this place very good!!!
The parts are the largest I have ever seen in Europe, just compare some places in the USA... I'd say a part here is almost twice a normal Trattoria. Almost nobody manages to eat everything, and they offer to take away the remains in a plastic box, doggy bag style. The food is brought useful in large serving plates, so you can only eat in your plate what you can eat. The waitresses were under pressure, but they could be nice and attentive. That exhausts the good things I have to say. The dishes are edible, but frankly they are poor. Ravioli Mocheni (Rufioi were covered under a mountain of smoked Scamorza cheese and swimming (Medienbutter, overwhelming, whatever had taste of pasta (filled with Verza (Kabbage). The ravioli were very thick and had extremely poor texture. Venison was bland and hard, and came in a sea of sauce / pure with berries, tasting very sweet. The Krauts were also dirty, while the Polnta was perhaps the best. Prices are low, but it would be better to deliver some quantities for quality. This is a place where it could make sense to eat only if you are very hungry for sports or heavy physical work.
I was there for a dinner with friends. The food was amazing, we ate more or less everything it is on the menu. I would suggest pasta with deer sauce, kanederli tris and deer steak with berries. Desserts are extremely tasty. Price not so high.
In one expression... Great, simple, local food at a very affordable price. The canederli should definitively be tried.
