At Cascina Giliana you go for a good evening of dining with local (really local because made at the cascina) wines. If you have a chance to participate in a group dinner, you will never forget. It is not a typical restaurant, you need to call up front to see if they cook. They only speak Italian.

We went with friends and relatives in this farm, super recommended for good food and excellent wine. before we go to the place, at the time of booking, we called to ask if we could bring our pets. We were granted to other members of the group n. arrived on the spot, waiting for us, there was their dog, free to turn around the place. not sociable with other dogs (with people yes). during lunch, we were recalled several times by room staff and kitchen, as the dog boated and annoyed customers. our dog was disturbed by the noise that was in the room, caused by the high number of people. If we had known that the dog was so in the middle, we would have left it at home, and that's why we called to inform us. It makes no sense to hear us say yes, you can bring the dog and then be called excessively because it boated too much if it was too noisy dog, we would leave quiet in the house, otherwise we would not even place the problem of bringing it. all this, it worsened the climate, as we felt little appreciated; that it was a real sin, not because the customer is always right but because if it wasn't for this very unfair way of getting to new customers, it would be all perfect. the food was great and plentiful, idem for the wine and for the price quality ratio. super competitive prices. sincerely to today, given the care reserved to us, new customers, I would not return.
