Sheraton Santo Domingo

1) sheraton personal is top notch speaks fluent English and is always ready to help. They had a maintenance that would keep wifi service for three hours during the day. As we have worked there, we have called for a resolution and they have been able to provide temporary Wifi. 2) it is an old estate, but a really well maintained one. Pool was big and jacuzzi was a great addition. Gym medium, not overcrowded. Sauna and steam bath a great addition. 3) we booked a price with breakfast included and I must agree. Papaya was so sweet and passion fruit the size of a Mexican avocado! Mangú, yucca and other Dominican brunch were such a treat. 4) compared to the Renaissance next door, older property, but more affordable and service alike or even better. The only drawback is the toilet set that falls very short of the Sheraton standard.

Too much of the guest reservation. I called her before I came from Samana and she and another girl from the reception did everything very smooth. I really like my room. Nice to relax and beautiful beds. Breakfast is very good. I can't complain about everything now.

Nice staff, very good breakfast and beautiful room. Over the way along the ocean. You can run for miles and see all kinds of beautiful things. Take you to the colonial territory.

I stay here when I'm in Santo domingo, the staff is excellent. I always get club levels because it's worth it. Felix is my husband if I have questions or need help. In all staff is great and friendly they always go over and for the guests. I would like to suggest getting a waffle maker for breakfast at the cafe is probably the only change I want to see. Definitely will remain

This is one of the cleanest and nicest hotels I’ve been to. The front desk was very nice and hospitable. Would definitely come back here.
