Sbg Sophia's Grill - Santo Domingo

It's a good restaurant I really enjoy eating there. They have a wide range of seafood, good wine list and great service. Probably my favorite restaurant in Santo Domingo.

When I approached the Bar Grill by SBG Sophia, I was hit by the lively atmosphere. The restaurant was located in the heart of the bustling entertainment district of Santo Domingo and the air was filled with the sounds of music and laughter. When I came to the restaurant, I was greeted by the warm, welcoming staff. The decor was elegant and modern, with a long bar dominates one side of the room and cozy tables fill the rest of the room. I have penetrated the menu that offers a range of classic American dishes with a Dominican twist. I decided to start with the buffalo wings that were coated in a spicy, brownish sauce that was exactly the right amount of heat. The wings came to my table and I could immediately say they were something special. They were crispy and juicy, with a taste that was familiar with the same parts and exotic. The sauce was a perfect addition to the chicken, with exactly the right amount of heat and acid. For my main course I decided to try the burger dressed with queso frito and served with one side of Yuca-Fries. The burger was juicy and tasteful, with a perfectly cooked patty and a generous amount of cheese. But what SBG Sophias Bar Grill really disassembled was the atmosphere. The restaurant was packed with locals and tourists alike, all mingling and enjoy the living energy of the room. The staff was friendly and attentive and made sure everyone felt welcome and at home. When I ate and drank, I could not help but feel grateful for the opportunity to experience such a unique and lively place in the heart of Santo Domingo. SBG Sophia's Bar Grill is really a jewel, a place where the food, drinks and atmosphere come together to create an unforgettable experience. Bellissimo! Wow! The man and I had a great birthday dinner. The duck is a must try, tasteful and delicate. All the appetizers were delicious. The service is top notch and the atmosphere is romantic and relaxed. Unfortunately we did not make it dessert, but I will definitely return to enjoy the rest of the menu

Excellent place! The fish with yuca 100% recommended. Sbg should consider to bring back the Dulce de leche fondan dessert. Is the best in DR!
