Can't understand that good rating. Building is fine and kinda beautiful, but be aware of the scammy, sketchy guides that will try to take as much money as they can from you.

Stunning building, looks like an ancient church turned into national monument, not very easy to interpret if you're not Dominican, needs a bit more effort to make it more tourist friendly, maybe with interactive QR codes here and there so it can be easier to navigate, though the feeling of national shrine is there, very solemn space.
