Rice with pale porotos. I tried both dishes and a 10 of 10. Food really made with love and a great sense of flavors. Taste, a lot! Dedicated in the details. I wanted to go home, I fell in love. Well, I was lucky because as I was on vacation I could go on a tempranito dato weekday: they don't open on Thursdays and I was served by the owners. I asked them to recommend me a few dishes because I of vegetarian food egg poop, so very kindly they explained to me each of the dishes from the menu and chose rice with tofu and mushrooms something like that, I don't remember well the name of my dish, sorry, but I'll leave you a photo that I took to the menu, which also comes with a natural juice, a salad and put on a marvelous Peruvian sauce. I was looking for a good place to have lunch in franklin and I got here because I found good reviews on the internet. I waited a long time for them to take my order because there was only one person attending and two or three in the kitchen and they looked a little stressed. However, the guy who attended me was nice and very attentive and my dish didn't get too long to get there. I ordered a risotto of vegetables and saute mushrooms. Vegetables didn't have many so it was finally risotto with mushrooms. I came over some big leaves (from bananas I read around and accompanied by onion with cilantro and lemon, which was good but I feel I didn't stick so much in this dish because I took all the flavor from the risotto. The menu included fruit juice, small salad and bread with a wonderful sauce I don't know what, I ate it all up with the salad. I went back, but I found that the portion of the rissotto was very small and someone more hungry than I would not have been satisfied. I was happy to have found a vegan-vegetarian place out there with food made with dedication.
