Rich churros and with good location to serve or carry. However, it is the only vegan in the place along with an ice cream, which could change to improve

All classic churros are vegan. the chocolate sauce is not vegan, so the only vegan alternative was the vegan pistachio ice cream. hopefully they will make their chocolate sauce vegan one day!
