Lung Tu - Santiago

The restaurant has a spacious parking lot and attractive decor, typical of medium to large Chinese restaurants: featuring an aquarium, large photographs, a dragon mural, and other traditional elements. I have eaten here a few times before and the service has always been excellent. During my latest visit, we ordered crispy chicken (a must-have) and chicken chow mein, along with four servings of rice. The order took about 15 minutes to arrive and the total cost was 21,300 pesos. The crispy chicken was delicious, not too greasy but slightly salty, which is common in Chinese cuisine. The chicken was tender and the chow mein had a rich flavor. However, it lacked green onions for added color and freshness. The chow mein was standard but satisfying, with the standout dishes being the crispy chicken and flavorful rice. I do not recommend the pork dish as it did not meet expectations. Overall, the experience was positive, with good food and service. The ratings for the restaurant are as follows: Ambiance 4.0, Service 3.0, Quality 3.5, Presentation 3.0.

This restaurant serves top-notch Chinese cuisine that surpasses others in the area. Their extensive menu offers great value for the price, unlike cheaper options that skimp on portion size.
