La Devota - Santiago

The restaurant is located in a secluded area. There weren't many vegan options available. When I visited, they only had two sandwich options, both of which were disappointing. The one I ordered was too salty and I couldn't finish it. However, my family enjoyed the vegetarian pizza with regular cheese. Despite my initial experience, I would be willing to give this place another try in the future.

I dined at La Devota multiple times during my visit to Chile and even had the pleasure of selling their delicious food at a festival. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating, willing to prepare vegan options upon request. The cuisine is delectable, especially the tofu dishes. After four months without dining at the location, the experience was quite memorable. The best part is that the prices are very affordable. I was surprised that I couldn't find the restaurant on HappyCow, but it's likely because it's located a bit far from the center and easier to access by car. Nonetheless, it's definitely worth a visit!
