I called to make a reservation, but the guy told me to just walk in, even though he could have taken my reservation. When I asked if it would be busy, he said no, but he came across as rude and unmotivated. When we arrived, the restaurant was packed, and when I mentioned our phone conversation, he completely ignored me. The food here is good, but the service is consistently terrible, and I’ve decided to stop dining here altogether. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hibachi grills are fun and offer a bunch of different types of meat, but this one wasn't impressive. It was a lot more expensive than most meals, and literally all the meat was overcooked.
