Restaurant bar jC's - Santa Rosalia

This is a small out of the way place located at the entrance to burro beach ,my son and I ate here a few times in oct. my wife and I dined here in feb.,she did not think that there was a resteraunt there,BUT I assured her there was. I had coconut shrimp and she had shrimp cocktail,there was a bit of a wait for the food but it is worth it. everthing is fresh the salad is nice and crispy and the shrimp was devine,i cant wait til we go back. they have a library of used books and dvds,take one leave one. what a great idea . Thank you very much

We drove by this place without giving it a thought. Later after checking into our accommodations down the road, our host recommended us to try JC's scallops and shrimp. Wow! The garlic scallops were excellent and their margaritas should come with a warning. (Good thing).

We came ashore from our sailboats looking for a store. Instead we found JC's and spent a heavenly afternoon with cold beer and the best fish tacos in the world. They were served with a huge fresh platter of toppings and sides that was a spectacular meal in itself. We hear that Thursday nights are super fun, but sadly we indulged far too much at Thursday lunch. Next time!!

We stopped after kayaking at Playa Burro.My friend had three tostadas and I had 3 shrimp tacos.The salsa was NOT hot, it had a smoky flavor to it.While we were finishing our meal, 12 people came in. 6 kids and 6 adults.And, a family of Mexicans were eating there too.The dining room is outside under a palapa roof.It's nothing fancy, but good food.
