Yogurt Time - Santa Rosa

There was only one lady at front desk, very friendly. Yogurt flavor always change and really good, many topins..

It's a hit or miss. Depends on who's working. Customer service goes a long way. It's nice to be greeted at the very least. Asked the guy working a question about flavors and didn't even get a shrug in exchange. Yogurt was super watery this time around and cheesecake bites tasted like they were rotten. Might want to do some quality control.

Came in tonight 8-10-21 and when we walked in we said hi. Guy was too busy on his phone. Didn't even look up. Got our yogurt. I forgot to put mine on the scale with my daughters. She had her card in. So she asked him if he'd charged her already. He was so short and rude about it. Was just trying to make sure.

Clean, quick, and friendly staff. This is a great place to grab some quick frozen yogurt. It’s the same kind of self service shop as all other Yogurt Time locations. I’ve never had an issue with the quality of food here. Parking is behind the location and not immediately apparent from the street.

Closed before posted closing time. Couldn't try on multiple occasions. Hours on the door clearly say 10pm.
