Przekaż informację zwrotnąI visited this restaurant for an açaí bowl. It was expensive and the staff was not very friendly. Since it is a chain, I was not expecting anything extraordinary, but the atmosphere was lacking and the açaí bowl was mediocre. We ate the entire bowl, but I have had better versions elsewhere.
I recently visited Vitality Bowls with my two children for a healthy sit-down lunch while passing through the area. We entered the restaurant with food from a neighboring business in a closed paper bag. We ordered two bowls and a piece of toast, totaling over $40. We waited for our order, started eating, and were then approached by an employee who rudely asked us to leave for bringing in outside food. My daughter, feeling uncomfortable, agreed and we were forced to leave immediately. When I tried to inquire about the situation, the employee was unhelpful and demanded we leave. I was never given a chance to address the issue before being kicked out, and they waited until I paid before asking us to leave. Additionally, they approached my 13-year-old daughter instead of me. I later returned to request a refund, but was told they do not give refunds and that I should have noticed the sign prohibiting outside food. The employee accused me of lying about when I brought in the food and claimed they had camera footage as evidence, but then refused to show me the footage. This experience was unbelievably bad and had the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The staff seemed inexperienced and poorly mannered, without any responsible adults in sight. I left feeling disgusted.
The açaí bowl was pricey and the service was not very friendly. Being a chain restaurant, I wasn't expecting anything spectacular, but the atmosphere was lacking and the açaí bowl was just average. We finished the bowl, but I have definitely had better.
