The Habit Burger Grill - Santa Rosa

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was quite rude and made a mistake with my order. When I pointed it out, they began to argue with me and my husband instead of attempting to resolve the issue. I noticed that they seemed to mess up orders for about every third customer! The cashier was particularly unfriendly. In contrast, I highly recommend the Santa Rosa location; they provide excellent service and are consistently nice to their customers.

The Graton Casino is the only location in Sonoma County that consistently offers delicious, hot, and fresh food.

The steak sandwich was incredible, and the pepper bar really takes it to the next level!

Monday, 8/23/2021, ~12:40pm I wish the lady taking the order doesn’t hate people or hate her job. I stood there for a bit while she walked around and had her back turned even though she saw me there waiting. I don’t expect her to be friendly but would it kill her to be professional or civil? Soda is down. No drink of any kind except for tea. Not even water. Food is okay but my interaction with the cashier left me annoyed that I couldn’t enjoy the food. Doesn’t make me want to go back.

The place makes great food I had the grilled chicken sandwich on my visit this time and it was as good or better than the burgers I usually eat check them out if you haven't already
