Starbucks - Santa Rosa

RUDE STAFF !!IMPATIENT !!INCOMPETENT!!Going to Peat's Coffee from now on.This store has me boycotting SB foreverNever going to SB again even if it's only coffee in town.

The staff at this restaurant are efficient and welcoming. I have never encountered any unfriendly employees; they all maintain a good sense of humor even during busy times. Excellent service!

The staff at this restaurant were rather impolite, as they questioned if I was waiting for something without inquiring further. Furthermore, they handed me a hot coffee without a sleeve, which caused my hands to burn. It is advisable not to park in the parking lot as it becomes difficult to leave when the drive-through line gets congested. Surprisingly, the restaurant was out of chocolate-covered almonds in stock.

Now I usually don't have any complaints about this store because they usually always get my order right however the last two times I have gotten my order I left unsatisfied. I usually order an Iced Matcha Latte however the last two times I got it, they matcha was now blended right. I would go to take a couple of sips from my drink and be met with a mouthful of pure matcha powder, even after mixing it around myself.
