Panda Express - Santa Rosa

Communication with the staff was quite challenging when it came to placing my order. I understand it's a tough time economically, but I noticed that the portion sizes of their takeout dishes have decreased significantly, even though the prices for entrees have increased. My order was also slightly mixed up with another one, but this is only the second time that has happened. As for the food, it was decent—just didn’t feel like cooking that night.

I really enjoy Panda Express, but I wish they would bring back the Hot and Sour Soup on their menu.

AVOID ORDERING ONLINE OR THROUGH DOORDASH. I recently placed a DoorDash order and they messed up both dishes. Even though the label said "orange chicken and beef," there was no orange chicken included. The other dish was entirely incorrect. We also ordered two servings of wontons, but they didn’t include any sauce at all. I tried calling several times, but there was no answer. When we drove to the restaurant to return the order, we had to wait in a very long line. It seems like my orders always get messed up when I order online, and the lack of customer service or response is incredibly frustrating.

Food is great, but they need more help. The poor servers are overworked, as in so many places. They bravely move ahead. I do not recommend online. Unlike fast food places, they have no monitors, and when they are slammed, I have no idea how they keep ahead.
